Never mind..... sigh.

Some things never change, Vern. I resigned my membership and they sent me one too.

My neighbor who is picking up my mail says that I just received a packet from Chuck...I assume the newsletter....strange since I too resigned from the Association some time ago.

It does appear that they are actually doing some "recruiting", at least via the newsletter, in an attempt to get more men to the reunion. If the Regional Directors would ever get off their butts and reach out to both members and non-members within their regions, they could improve the attendance....however, since it hasn't happened even once during the last 14 years...I wouldn't hold my breath.

Their website is still stuck on pause. It's still there.... surprisingly enough. However, it advertises the 2016 reunion still.

The 31st Regiment Association website should be considered a total embarrassment to the organization. It is without a doubt the worse military organization website on the internet. They should consider removing it completely until it is at least functional.
