The 31st Infantry Regiment. A history of America's Foreign Legion in peace and war

This is the book published for the 31st Infantry Regiment. You can get a copy through the Association for $25 or Amazon for $42.75, or off of Ebay for $66. The credit for writing it is a bit ambiguous from Amazon:
By the Members of the 31st Infantry Regiment Association;Foreword by General Barry R. McCaffrey;Afterword by General Stephen J. Townsend (Author)

Whatever this actual book says and is, it just about has to be Karl Lowe's work entirely...which would make General Townsend as only "author" of whatever he wrote as an "afterword" and the by the members is only a case of whomever Karl quoted for details of events. I don't see how it could be anything else but what Lowe had, to all intents and purposes, finished just before his sudden illness and death. If you get a copy you can compare the text to what is at this link http://www.31stinfantry.org/history/boo ... and-peace/
