Jim and I went thru Basic and AIT together in Fort Lewis Washington, arrived in Viet Nam Sept 19, 1968 we were in the same squad ( A Co 6/31 9th Infantry ) and was on Bridge security together when he was wounded and received his first purple heart, I have tried several times to contact his older Brother Richard in Mesa, Az. with out success.
